Would you like to join a group of fellow Human Resource Managers and Directors on a HR walk?
Groups normally consist of between 4 and 6 people, meeting bi-monthly. Walks are designed to last 30 minutes, and routes are normally in the City centre for convenience. Routes are mapped out in advance for walkers and pick up parks and cultural and architectural points of interest. For those that have time, the walk is followed by a quick (sit down) coffee.
While walkers are free to chat about anything, the general themes are: well-being, engagement, staff happiness and general HR and employment law issues. HR Groups follow Chatham House Rules.
